Junior Achievement-Rocky Mountain (JA-Rocky Mountain) earned international recognition for its new JA Free Enterprise Center located in the heart of Greenwood Village. The JA Worldwide award for Brand Amplification was announced on Nov. 16, 2023 at the Global Leadership Conference in Bangkok.

The JA Brand Amplification Award recognizes JA locations that extend and amplify the JA brand most effectively, through an event, building, product, or mascot. JA Worldwide received an overwhelming number of submissions; JA-Rocky Mountain was the only award finalist from the United States. Other finalists were JA Argentina, JA Malta, JA Mexico, and JA Uruguay.

The JA Free Enterprise Center, which opened to students officially in April 2023, is certainly deserving of this honor. The state-of-the-art, 27,000 square foot facility, is home to staff headquarters and houses two of JA’s experiential programs, the Daniels Fund JA Dream Accelerator and the Robert & Judi Newman JA Finance Park, presented by Transamerica. Design highlights include multiple murals, integrated technology, and inspiring spaces for learning and collaboration. When not in use by JA, spaces within the JA Free Enterprise Center are available for community use, including conference rooms, a large terrace overlooking the Rocky Mountains, and event space.

The JA Free Enterprise Center lends a modern edge to the organization’s core content areas of financial literacy, work and career readiness, and entrepreneurship. JA is honored to receive the JA Worldwide Brand Amplification Award and looks forward to inspiring and preparing even more young people for success.
